Malthe Jakobsen made his Le Mans 24 Hours debut in 2023, driving for Cool Racing. It looked very promising at the start, with the team racing at the sharp end of the LMP2 field, but an off-track excursion during the night set them back a bit. They were still in contention for a podium finish in the Pro-Am category, however, finishing 2nd.
