Mikkel O. Pedersen drove for Dempsey-Proton Racing in 2023. He was subjected to something that almost resembled an assassination attempt when an LMP2 racer rammed into his side. The car was successfully put back on the track, but in the middle of the night the car had to be pitted again and then they gave up on getting it back on the track.
