Nicklas Nielsen drove for Ferrari AF Corse in 2024. Already on the first lap he drove himself into the lead of the race - and 24 hours later he was also the first to cross the finish line. It sounds very straightforward, but it was anything but. The race was the closest showdown ever with as many as 9 cars at lap height after 24 hours and it was on the very last gas fumes that Nicklas was able to drive to the finish a mere 14 seconds ahead of number 2.
