Juan Barazi was a late starter in motorsport. It was in an age of 31 he made his debut in a Formula Ford, but since then he has moved fast forward.
After a few years in single-seaters, with a best result as runner-up in the British Formula Ford 1600 Championship in 2000, Juan Barazi changed to Radicals. In the following years he drove in this category in Great Britain.
In 2004 he came second in the British Radical Championship and during the same year he also contested some ALMS-races in a Porsche GT3. In 2005 he made his debut in the Le Mans 24 Hours race in an LMP2 racer. Shortly after he bought the car and founded his own team.
He was instantly succesfull winning the LMS Championship for LMP2 cars in 2006. But until now he has not tasted the same succes in the Le Mans 24 Hours.
Besides racing modern prototypes Juan Barazi owns a collection of historic racecars - including a Porsche 917! He often uses his historic cars and has participated at the Goodwood Revival and the Copenhage Historic Grand Prix.
