Race: 2016 24h Le Mans
Result: Number 31 general - Number 8 in GTEPro

Comments

The strategy for Michael Christensens team in the Le Mans 2016 was to deliver a steady drive and avoid any troubles as using as little time as possible in the pit greatly improves the chances of a top result.

However, the strategy failed during the night when the car broke a driveshaft. The team fixed the car very quickly, but still the team dropped to 8th in class - a position from which they did not recover.
