Race: 2019 24h Le Mans
Result: Number 29 general - Number 9 in GTEPro

Comments

For a long time it looked really good for Michael Christensen at the 24h Le Mans 2019. His Porsche was amont the quickest and lead the race several times until arround halfway through the race. Then the team had to pit to change a broken exhaust system.

This kept them stationary for 20 minutes and from then focus was set at finishing and gaining points for the World Championship. This went well - 9. place in GTEPro was enought to secure Michael Christensen and his fellow drivers the World Championship in GTEPro.
