Comments

Jan Magnussen did not drive all the races in the ALMS 2003 and during the year he was driving for 2 different teams.

At the first race - Sebring 12h - Jan Magnussen drove a Riley & Scott LMP900 prototype, but then he was not racing in the series until the second half of 2003, where he drove 6 races (out of 7) for Prodrive in a Ferrari 550. He was teamed up with his old partner from Panoz, David Brabham.

They won the GTS-class in 2 races and contributed hugely to Prodrive challenging Corvette Racing in the championship - coming second in the end with 163 points (to Corvettes 167 points).

The Model »

Manufacturer: Redline
Model ID: ---

The model shows the car Jan Magnussen drove at Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta. They came 6th overall and 2nd in the GTS-class.

The model is a redecorated Redline-model and it has a few minor errors. The front is missing some small aero-wings and a few small sponsorlogos, but the most visible mistake is that the text at the rear wing is not the one used in the Petit Le Mans.
