Le Mans 2011 ended very suddenly for Jan Magnussen. His team was leading their class but after 16 hours Jan and a backmarker occupied the same piece of tarmac in the fast Porsche curves. The cars hit each other and crashed into the concrete walls - Jans car even hit the concrete at both sides of the track before it stopped. Jan wasn't hurt - but the car was finished.
