Comments

The Jan Magnussen Corvette was able to match the Aston Martin works cars all through the Le Mans 2007. But it was not able to edge ahead. Near the end of the race the heavens opened and the track was soaked with water. In these conditions anything could happen and the Corvette might have had a chance for victory had the safetycar not been sent out at the track for a large part of the final hour. This ensured there was no changes in the positions in the rain and Jan Magnussen came in as second in GT1.
