Usually the works Corvettes are yellow and that was the colour of the Jan Magnussen Corvette all week at Sebring during the practice and qualifying. But at the morning of the race the car was completely redecorated. It was now white with two red stripes at each front wing. This was in honour of Ron Fellows because Chevrolet had just released a limited "Ron Fellows edition" of the road going Corvette. Only 399 are made and they are all wearing this colourscheme.
